We are applying the principles of sustainable and regenerative practices, that nurtures healthy soil and biodiversity while producing a wide variety of vegetables, herbs, and flowers. We sell directly to the community, the market garden supports local food systems, reduces environmental impact, and provides flavourful food that reflects the care and passion behind every harvest. The garden also provides a welcoming space for mindfulness and social connection, helping people feel grounded, supported, and more connected to themselves, others, and the environment.
