Cutting Celery

Unlike the thick-stalked celery varieties, this plant looks very similar to flat-leaf parsley, but it carries a much concentrated and peppery punch than regular celery.

How to cook: The leaves and fine stems can be chopped together. Throw them into stir-fries, soups, stews, egg dishes, and salads toward the end of cooking.
